Designed for modern microbrands, established horological houses, and independent manufacturers seeking a market-ready design with strong visual identity and technical feasibility.

Featuring a robust architecture rated for 200-meter water resistance (20 ATM), this design pairs high-grade materials with functional ergonomics, optimized for both deep-sea reliability and everyday urban wearability.

Intellectual Property & Legal Framework

 

• Moral Rights: In compliance with international copyright legislation (Italian Copyright Law n. 633/1941 and global IP treaties), the moral authorship of the original design remains attributed to Luigi Filippini.

• Economic Exploitation Rights: The buyer acquires 100% of the economic exploitation rights (exclusive or non-exclusive, as defined by contract) via a formal Private Agreement (Scrittura Privata).

• Commercialization: The acquiring brand gains full legal rights to engineer, manufacture, white-label, market, and sell the finished timepiece worldwide without ongoing royalty obligations (unless structured otherwise by mutual agreement).
